Update: And it goes again

I'm back, with three new pages of Rainbow Skies Forever. And again, some of the changes from the previous version are apparent. In this, an entirely new page of dialogue has been added. I think that it streamlines the events more, and makes them flow more naturally. Then again, that'll be up for the readers to decide.
In addition to this, I've decided that whenever I finish a chapter, I'll upload it on DeviantArt. This will take awhile, so naturally, the only way to see the new pages as they come out, will be to come to my homepage at www.themidnightstation.com. I do hope this will act as an incentive for people to visit both my DA page and my homepage.

Update: Little things

Some of the smaller changes that I'm making in the rework are really starting to be noticeable, I think. I'd name them off, but I'm sure you'll catch them on your own. Still, I have three new pages of RSF for the people, so please do check them out when you get the chance.

Update: New format!

I had recently been experimenting with india ink, and I really liked how dark it came out. After some research, I found out that most comics were actually produced using traditional inking instead of pens and digitally. Suddenly, everything clicked. Therefore, I am from now on using india ink and a pen and ink procedure to create comics. The results of which can be found in today's update. Go ahead, check it out.
Looks SO much better, right?
In other news, I'm not so sure about updating in chapter blocks any more. I'd really much rather update as I go. Oh well, we'll see what happens.

Update: Damn!

Wow, that was a long hiatus. First and foremost, I apologize for being insanely late on updating. It won't happen again.
Next, Rainbow Skies Forever is being rebooted again. This makes it the comic's third iteration in it's modern form, not counting back when it was still RENT. I'll be changing the beginning a little, and sticking with a completely hand-crafted look to it. Obviously I need to brush up on my coloring skills in pencil for now, but it will improve with time. I'm considering switching to using markers to color instead.
Anyway, another update regards, well, updates. Rainbow Skies Forever has always been written to where it is meant to be read in chapter format, not page-by-page. As a result, it will now be released in chapter blocks. Meaning whenever twenty pages are finished, I will release a new chapter. I expect this to take somewhere between one to two weeks per chapter.

Hiatus: Finals

For the past week, and for the next two weeks, I'll be working on finals for my freshman year of college at SCAD. That's why there hasn't been any updates lately. This takes up a lot of my time, and when I get some spare time, I tend to hang out with friends or play some video games. I just don't put aside the time to work on a new page of RSF.
That being said, it's not as though I've forgotten about the comic. I will continue to update it when I can, and I'll try to update very soon. It's just that I can't make any promises at the moment. Real life comes before internet life, sorry.
On the other hand, expect some art updates soon, as I've done a lot of cast art recently. Also, I'll be updating the site soon with a cast page for Rainbow Skies Forever.
Shit got lost when I was booted from my old site.
